I’ve tried to watch this movie so many times, but the start has always felt slow and I had trouble focusing. Even today, the pacing still felt so sluggish that I had to watch it in 10–30 minute increments with several naps in between, but I finally finished it.

I don’t really get why they’re so frustrated about their child being able to see the spiritual realm, though I’m sure it’ll hit me later.

Absolutely obsessed with the last credit song, “Compass,” written by Diane Warren and performed by Rascal Flatts. Movie soundtracks rarely miss, and this song is a perfect example.
